Updates since this video was made:

1. We don’t use PQF’s anymore, they are now called “workload items”
   • there is only one text box (rather than the two described in the video) in a workload item
2. As workload items, the name of the person sending the message to you is not grayed out, so we can now respond to that person if we need to clarify the request. It is not longer one way communication. Here is how to respond to the sender.
